District no later that August 31, 2005. New wells shall be registered prior
to any drilling activity. If a well requires a drilling permit under §3.14 of the
District Rules, the registration application will also serve as a drilling
permit application. Sometimes, additional information will be required by
the District. If so, the general manager will contact the well owner. The
information that may be required is summarized in the PDF document
entitled “Additional Information Needed for Drilling Permits.” NOTE: Not
all drilling permits require the additional information.
